A. There are chances that you might have entered incorrect user id or password. In case you do not remember the password, enter your email address and click on Reset password option. A new password will be sent to your email address.

Q. Can I see product price in my own country currency.
A. Yes, you can change your own currency from currency option. Currency option at the top right corner on the page.

Q. Do I have to enter my address every time I order?
A. When you have saved the address in your account, we will retrieve it automatically. However, if you want the order to be delivered at another address, enter the same during check-out.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. You need to follow these steps:

Click proceed to check out option

Enter billing and shipping address

A. We mentioned shipping days with each and every product on product page. Once we shipped the order, expect it to reach you within 48 - 72 hours across Europe, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hongkong and all the major cities of Middle and Far East after the shipment has been dispatched.

Q. Do you take orders over phone?
A. No, we do not take orders over phone thus request you to make the purchase online.

Q. Can I return a salwar kameez or lehenga that is stitched to my measurement?
A. Sorry but custom stitched products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Q. I bought a saree with a blouse stitched. Can I return or exchange it?
A. We do not accept return/exchange on custom stitched clothing. However, we will accept the product return if there is any fault from our end.

Q. Is it possible for me to track the package once it has been shipped?
A. Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number along with the courier company’s website detail. You can easily track your order.

Q. What are your shipping charges for deliveries within India?
A. There are no delivery charges in India. We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Q. I have made the payment but it is showing "Authorization Fail". How to proceed?

Q. Payment for the product has been deducted twice from my account?
A. This could happen due to technical error during transaction. We would suggest you to contact us with the payment details and let us know if you want a Refund or Store Credit.

Q. Can I return the product, in case I do not like it?
A. In case of if you ordered for unstitched and you are not satisfied with the product, you can report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product via email or phone.

Q. How many coupon codes can I use at a time?
A. You can only use one coupon to place an order.

Q. If I have a discount coupon now and haven't received the order yet, can I use the coupon to avail discount on the current order?
A. Sorry, but you cannot use the coupon after placing the order. However, the coupon will remain valid till its validity so you can use it on your next purchase.
