We are always looking forward to give you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

Return Terms and Conditions:

Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Sarees with custom blouse, Pre-stitched Sarees and Stitched Lehenga Choli.

Customer have to notify the issues with the products by email within 24 hours of the receipt of product by email at support@fashionwebz.com

At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

We will issue 80% refund of unstitched product price. ( 20% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges).

We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost, taxes, if applicable.

In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund. Fashionwebz.com will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.

Customer have to bear the shipping cost while returning the unstitched or stitched products in any case. fashionwebz.com will not bear any kind of shipping cost for return.

Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the products by email at support@fashionwebz.com. Any complaint will not accepted after 24 hours of the receipt of the products.

We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office. Refund will take time to reflect in customer's account about 4 to 5 working days. We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.

While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products as these are tailored as per customer measurement.

Return requests regarding strains or stitching faults need to be filed within 24 hours of product delivery. In these cases you will also need to send an image of the product, a digital copy of the invoice of the product.

We do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs.

Be extra alert when accepting parcel from courier:

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

Color & description disclaimer:

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

fashionwebz.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.

It is practically impossible for fashionwebz.com to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.

We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from fashionwebz.com is aware of this genuine problem.

While ordering on internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following:

Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade then other colors. For example even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no fool proof solution to this problem is available at the moment.

Many a times green and blue also overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.

Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is a inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.

Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation keeping the same theme constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items.

Color and Description Discrepancy:

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Fashionwebz.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Beads and sequences missing or coming off:

We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might lose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / Sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.
